What is your exchange & return policy?
We want you to find the perfect jeans, so free exchanges and returns come as standard. To request an exchange or return, please email us at email@example.com with EXCHANGE REQUEST or RETURN REQUEST (respectively) plus your order number in the subject line within 7 days of delivery. You will receive a PDF prepaid return label; we suggest you reuse the mailer your order came in to return your item(s). Once we receive your return, we will confirm that your exchange has been processed, or that you have been refunded via your original payment method.
We can only accept returns of unworn denim in brand new condition with tags intact.
How long will it take to receive my jeans?
We fulfill orders quickly. Ground shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on where you are in the US. We fulfill orders from New Jersey; so the closer you are to us, the sooner you’ll receive your new jeans, based on the UPS zone map. Most orders arrive at their destination within 3 business days.
What carrier do you use?
For outgoing shipments, we use UPS. Returns are typically serviced through USPS.
What is my tracking information?
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number; so you’ll know the instant your order has been delivered. Feel free to email us with questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make a change to or cancel my order?
We typically fulfill orders within one business day of you placing your order. If the team hasn’t fulfilled your order yet, we’ll do our best to make any changes/cancellations you need. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and CHANGE/CANCEL REQUEST in the subject line. If your order has already been processed, we offer a 15-day exchange or refund policy as standard.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an email to confirm your order, plus an email to confirm that it has shipped, along with your tracking information. Feel free to email us with any other questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
